Информация для поступающих, которым необходимо оформить приглашение для въезда в Россию в 2023 году/ Information for applicants who need to issue an invitation to enter Russia in 2023

Please kindly apply for an invitation to study in Russia in advance!

 

In order to apply for a study visa to enter the Russian Federation, please send a package of documents to the University Department of Visa Support and Migration Registration via email ovir@szgmu.ru:

 

1. Request for an invitation in the prescribed form

2. Application form for a visa invitation

3. A photocopy of all the filled-in pages of your passport

4. A photocopy of a notarised translation of your passport

5. If you are residing in a country of which you are not a citizen, please provide copies of the

documents that give you the right to reside there (a document granting the right of permanent

residence).

Please note that the University does not charge a fee for the invitation, it is free of charge!

 

If you successfully pass the entrance examinations, the invitation (in electronic form) will be sent to the e-mail address you have indicated in the application form.

 

Based on the application form, the Embassy or Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country of residence will issue you a single-entry visa to enter Russia. The visa will be issued to

you in accordance with the dates given in the invitation.

 

Once your visa has been processed, please notify the University of the date of your arrival in St Petersburg via email ovir@szgmu.ru .

 

On the day of arrival before 17:00 hours of the working day or on the next working day you should visit the Department of Visa Support and Migration Registration at 47 Piskarevskiy Prospect (building 32, 1st floor, room 12) to be registered at the University.
