Welcome to the advanced training "Organization and carrying out of sanitary and epidemiological expertise" The Department of Preventive Medicine and Health Care of the State budget institution of higher education "North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov" under the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation holds the advanced training "Organization and carrying out of sanitary and epidemiological expertise" from 8 to 29 June 2015.
The workshop program is intended for:
Duration of training: 144 class hours Сost of training for one listener - 15,000 rubles.
Training program covers the theory and practice of carrying out the sanitary and epidemiological expertise in core business of specialists from the Federal Service for Consumer Rights and Human Welfare Protection.
1. Organization of sanitary and epidemiological expertise: strategy of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in terms of social and economic development of Russia at the present stage; legal basis for the organization and carrying out of sanitary and epidemiological expertise. Administrative and judicial practice.
2. Methodology of health risk assessment during the sanitary and epidemiological expertise: the principles of organizing and carrying out of risk-based supervision.
3. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise in community hygiene: assessment of environmental factors; functional zoning, sanitary and epidemiological expertise of projects for the organization of sanitary protection zones, sanitary requirements for water sources, the integrated risk assessment to the quality assessment of drinking water. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise of maximum permissible emission, discharges into water, accommodation, recycling, waste production and consumption of medical waste.
4. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise in occupational health: assessment of working conditions in certain industries, harmful occupational factors and labor process as risk factors for health workers, methodological approaches and practical use of occupational risk assessment models.
5. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise in nutrition: hygiene requirements for quality and safety of food raw materials, food products at all stages of production. Technical Regulations of the Customs Union in the field of safety of food raw materials and food stuff. Main provisions for the implementation of HACCP in food stuff production in accordance with the requirements of TR of the CU. Risk assessment of human health under the influence of dietary factors.
6. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise in hygiene of children and adolescents: the hygienic requirements and carrying out of sanitary and epidemiological expertise of the training conditions, labor education, professional education, physical education, nutrition, baby goods, risk assessment of increased disease incidence and occurrence of deviations in physical development of children and adolescents when visiting the educational institutions and the use of children products.
