  • Rotational atherectomy for diffuse, calcified coronary lesions.
  • Performance of alcoholic septal ablation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
  • Performing endovascular interventions on native coronary bed and shunts after coronary artery bypass surgery.
  • Recanalization of occluded forearm arteries after previously performed endovascular procedures.

4. Arrhythmology and cardiac surgery:

  • Cardiac valve replacement for one or more heart valves with artificial circulation.
  • Coronary artery bypass grafting combined with valve replacement with artificial circulation.
  • Cardiac tumour surgery with artificial circulation.

5. Purulent traumatology and orthopedics:

  • Treatment of all forms of chronic osteomyelitis and their sequelae.
  • Treatment of the sequelae of injuries complicated by osteomyelitis.
  • Treatment of false joints and unhealed fractures, bone defects and shortening of limbs, irregularly healed fractures, joint contractures and deformities, soft tissue injuries and defects.

6. Endocrinology:

  • Steroid profiling by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the diagnosis of adrenal diseases (adrenal cancer, adrenocortical insufficiency and others).
  • Daily glucose monitoring with CGMS, insulin pump therapy.
  • Selective adrenal vein and inferior petrosal sinus sampling for the diagnosis of pituitary and adrenal tumours.
