On January 12, 2017 was hosted a working meeting between representatives of North-Western State Medical University named after I.I.Mechnikov and Nagasaki University, Japan being presented by Prof. Takamura and Prof.Takahashi.  Parties discussed issues on mutual collaboration, especially, joint projects and academic mobility programmes in radiation hygiene. NWSMU named after I.I.Mechnikov was presented by Otari G.Khurtsilava, Rector, Alexey V.Silin, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Alexander V. Meltser ,Vice-Rector for Preventive Medicine , Tatyana B.Baltrukova, Head of Department of Radiation Medicine and Nathalie V. Zinserling ,Head of the Department for International Affairs.
