NWSMU n.a. I.I. Mechnikov took part in the online course on student well-being

On April 12 and 13, 2021 our University participated in the intensive online course on student well-being. This course was organized by Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) and the University’s International Office in the framework of the FIRST program.

Twenty-eight students participated in the online course - students from NWSMU n.a. I.I. Mechnikov and Herzen State Pedagogical University, as well as students from Finnish universities. Participants attended lectures on the social aspects of working with young people, nutrition aspects, and the dangers of smoking. Youth problems were discussed in small groups of 4. Three lecturers from our University also took part in the online course.
