Department of educational processes monitoring

Monitoring, Analysis, Strategic Planning Center of the Department for continuing professional education was founded in April 2010 by the Rector's order and decision of the Academic Council of Medical Academy of Postgraduate Studies (now NWSMU n.a.I.I.Mechnikov).

Oleg A. Churganov, Prof., EdD  is the Head of the Department from its foundation. He has authored more than 100 publications, 3 monographs, 2 textbooks.

One of the Department record managers is Victor V.Timchenko, PhD in Pedagogic sciences, ass.professor, auditor of the European organization on quality (EOQ), manager of the quality systems EOQ and GOST standards of Russia, expert of the Committee for science and the higher education of St. Petersburg, expert of the Association of independent examination of the higher school in St. Petersburg, the consultant for management systems. Winner of the Award of the St. Petersburg Government for outstanding achievements in higher and secondary education (2009). He published more than 20 books and more than 60 articles.

Alyona M.Gordeyeva-record manager.  She is a certified expert in the field of quality management and internal audit.

The record manager Vladimir N.Kharitonov has more than 10 year experience in licensing, certification and accreditation of healthcare institutions activity. He is the expert in the field of quality management, certified specialist of the internal audit, published 3 articles.
