Conclusion of the Contract

Documents required for conclusion of the Сontract on education:

  1. Application form 1
  2. Application form 1 (for minor applicants)
  3. Application form 2
  4. Consent letter from parents
  5. Consent to the processing of personal data of the Applicant/Entrant
  6. Consent to the processing of personal data of the Applicant’s/Entrant’s parent
  7. Consent to the processing of personal data of the Applicant/Entrant being represented and the legal representative 
  8. Appendix 1 “Documents required for conclusion of the education contract”
  9. Legal entity request form


NB! Contract on the provision of paid educational services shall be concluded by exchanging documents in electronic form.

How to submit documents via e-mail:

1.  Download (above) and complete the Application form 1 and Application form 2

2. Send an e-mail to with completed Application form 1 and 2 with required scanned copies of documents (Appendix No.1);  in the subject line  please indicate an applicant’s full name and education programme;

(e. g. Alex V. Ivanov - “University entrance preparation” or Alex V. Ivanov - “Russian for foreign postgraduate applicants”)

3. Upon receipt of the application forms and documents, the University will prepare the Contract and send it for signature to the e-mail address stated in an application form;

4. Scanned copy of the signed Contract should be sent to the e-mail address (the original Contract shall be submitted to the University upon arrival for course and upon the expiration of the 14-day self-isolation regime from the date of entry into the Russian Federation within 3 calendar days);

How to pay for the course:

  • Through the University’s cash desk by cash or bank card (address: Piskarevsky pr. 47, pavilion 30, right front door, 2nd floor, office 3; Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00)
  • Send a request for invoice to the accountant via e-mail to or  or call (812) 303-50-00, ext. 8306, 8305, and then pay at any branch of the bank
  • Pay for the course via the University website in the “online payment” section ( by entering the contract number indicated in the upper line of the contract.



To make a payment, the required fields should be filled out, then press the “Pay” button. The service payment fee is NOT charged.

After payment, the receipt shall be sent to the University via e-mail

Please note that the student is enrolled for preparatory courses after the receipt of tuition fee to the account of the University.
